TASL is a sanctioned league through the North Carolina Adult Soccer Association (NCASA) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) under US Soccer.  One of the benefits of being a player in a sanctioned league is the availability of a supplemental accident policy.

The insurance claims process has changed!!

All injury claims must now be filed online. This will improve the speed and accuracy of processing your injury claim.

To submit your claim and access any resources related to your player accident insurance coverage, CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT A CLAIM.

You must be treated within 90 days of your injury. The benefit period begins on the date of your injury and continues for 52 weeks.  (Note - you do not have to wait until you have all of your bills to submit the claim form.  Bills may be forwarded later with a copy of the original claim form.)
