Refund Policy

 

DEADLINE - The deadline to request a refund for the spring season is before the 4th game of the season.  Refunds after this date are not considered.

 

Credits cannot be carried over season to season.  

 

Refund requests must be submitted via the online form below during the refund request period.

·         Full refunds are only offered to players in the player pool that did not find a team.

·         Registration fees are non-transferable.

·         Credits will not be given for teams that do not play 10 games.

·         No credits will be given towards the next season.

·         Registration fees for 3rd, 4th, etc. teams are non-refundable.

·         Substitute Player Registration fees are non-refundable.

·         Half Season Registration fees are non-refundable.

·         State association fees of $30, included in registration fees, are non-refundable.

 

There is a $10 administrative fee for refunds in addition to a deduction for the number of games played or for receiving a tee shirt.

 

Fall and Spring Seasons: $135/$105

Requests must be submitted before the 4th game of the season.  Requests submitted after this date will not be honored.

·         Requests sent before the first game: $95/$95 refund

·         Requests sent after first game: $85/$85 refund

·         Requests sent after second game: $75/$75 refund

·         Requests sent after third game: $65/$65 refund

 

Recreation Division: $80/$50

Requests must be submitted before the 2nd game of the season.  Requests submitted after this date will not be honored.

·         Requests sent before the first game (state association fee never paid): $70 refund

·         Requests sent after state association fee paid but before the first game: $40 refund

·         Requests sent after first game and t-shirt received: $20 refund

 

Summer Heat: $105/$85

Requests must be submitted before the 4th game of the season.  Requests submitted after this date will not be honored.

·         Requests sent before the first game: $65/$75 refund

·         Requests sent after first game and t-shirt received: $45/$55 refund

·         Requests sent after second game and t-shirt received: $35/$45 refund

·         Requests sent after third game and t-shirt received: $25/$35 refund

 

Will I get a credit if my team does not get to play 10 games?

TASL has been very successful in almost every season in rescheduling rained out games. TASL will continue to make every effort in rescheduling but does not provide a 10 game guarantee.
